Appearance: A form similar to a puma Grimjaw is covered in as skeleton like padding protecting him.



Personality: Grimjaw is normally silent unless he is in his favorite environment, which is battle. When he does talk most people listen since him talking about strategy is rare even though he is intelligent. He believes talking leads to nothing only action can change an event. That is why he mainly talks in battle, where he finally feels alive. As long as he is in battle he actually feels he has a purpose in his life. His only goal is to find an opponent strong enough that he can fight with him for eternity.

History: Grimjaw was born as a Quincy named Hyouton Ryoushi. Hyuoton meaning ice and Ryoushi meaning hunter. He was a gifted Quincy with deadly accuracy, his favorite things to do was to kill Hollows with his arrows. Until one day he attacked a Menos Grande and killed it however, multiple Menos Grandes came to his location looking for revenge. Ryoushi panicked and released his energy by braking his wrist gauntlet he released a huge amount of energy strong enough to kill all of the Menos Grandes, all 30 of them.

After losing his Quincy powers he gave up killing Hollows but, they did not give up on him and a Hollow (a Vasto lorde) who had heard of his legendary attack that killed 31 Menos Grandes. When he reached him he noticed that his powers were now gone he killed the Quincy and once his soul released from his body he offered him to turn him into a Hallow like him. Ryoushi could not turn away the power he was offering and accepted his offer. The Hollow had turned to a Hollow of great strength who was to serve him. Once he did follow his rule he changed his name to Grimjaw and followed his master until he was killed by a Shinigami captain and others he left his master to finally become free.
