Personality: Yoshiro has only 2 weaknesses and they are his love to people he cares about, and that he gets upset when people comment on his height or age. His attitude is calm and will rarely ever see him make a face that gives away his feelings. Even though he is very young he acts much older and rarely has a childish side. Yoshiro is also easily irked by others goofing off or drawing unneeded attention to themselves. He hates anything that he deems childish and hates being described as something close to a child. Fitting with the nature of his zanpakutō, Hitsugaya dislikes summer and warm weather in general. He is also rather talented as a soccer player.

History: Yoshiro's life on earth was brief to many since he only lived to be 12. Even with his short life he was happy to live in the spirit realm and did not regret his death, only the person who killed him. His family was a very well off family with prestige and respect until one day a the corporation his father worked for believed he knew too much and killed him and his kids and wife. After their death he was separated from his parents and lived on a separate area of the spirit world. In less than a year he began feeling hungry weird for a soul to be until someone told him he must have spiritual powers he he is able to feel the pain of hunger. After learning that he decided to try out for the academy.
