Rukongai (流魂街, Town of Wandering Spirits)

Spirits in Soul-Society live here, That are not shinigami's. They are sent to random locations(north, south, east or west quadrant).The number of the district describes its conditions, such that lower-numbered districts are more peaceful. Living conditions resemble those of feudal Japan. Members of the Gotei 13 also happen to venture out here from time to time.

Seireitei (瀞霊廷, Court of Pure Souls)

The expansive walled city where Soul Reapers and nobility reside as well as the headquarters of the Gotei 13.
